Eric Casazza serves as the president of Med Travelers. He has more than 7 years experience in the temporary healthcare staffing industry. Prior to joining Med Travelers, he served as vice president of Corporate Integration for AMN Healthcare. He has also served as vice president of Payroll and Billing Operations and senior director of Business Systems. His broad experience across information technology, finance, operations and sales has given him a unique perspective on leading a high-quality sales and service organization, as well as an understanding of the needs of Med Travelers' diverse client base.

Lydia Fort oversees all of the client-facing responsibilities for both the Imaging and Therapy divisions. Lydia joined Med Travelers in November 2003 as the first Marketing Consultant for the Therapy Division.  Prior to joining Med Travelers, Lydia spent seven years in the banking and finance industry. She graduated from Oklahoma Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Leadership.

Darin serves as divisional vice president of recruiting at MedTravelers. He joined Med Travelers in 2001 and was quickly promoted to senior leadership roles in the organization, including divisional vice president of the MedTravelers’ Therapy Division, which he helped to found. His broad experience across the organization includes positions as regional account director and regional vice president. Darin is known for recognizing the vital role of his fellow team members in his success and for encouraging new employees in their development. In 2004, he was recognized by his peers with the MedTravelers "Most Influential" award. Darin earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from The University of Texas at Dallas.
